The house consits of:

THE GRAND FLOOR includes a room with an area of 32 m2, with various utilities, such as the washing machine and the diesel boiler, which provides the heating and hot water tor the whole house. In this room there is also a table of football table, where energetic matches can be played..

A corridor leads into a large entrance hall, two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 90cm twin beds) and a complete bathroom  with a separete shower enclosure and hydromassage bath.

Then you have the 40m2 living/dining room, with an open fire, television and sound system. From the comfortable sofa, through the large picture window, you can see the swimming pool, the forest and, in the distance, the snow-covered mountains.

ON THE FIRST FLOOR there is a bedroom with 90cm twin beds, a complete bathroom  with a hydromassage bath, and the 37 m2 Suite, which deserves a special mention, as it is furnished as though it were a small apartment, with a double bed, comfortable armchairs and a television.

THE VERANDA has an area of around 40 m2, and is reached through the living/dining room. Next to this is  the changing-room, complete with all the necessary facilities, including a shower. Adjoined to the outside wall of the changing-room is the barbecue.
THE KITCHEN is equipped with all the necessary household items, electrical appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, and fridge-freezer. There is also a television and a table that sits four people.

THE SWIMMING POOL, measures 6m by 12m, and is situated in the middle of the lawn and surrounded by a paved area, on which the sunloungers, sunshade and various small tables can be placed. Next to this is a tennis table where energetic games can be played.
