Mas Ginestera lies
in a little village with 400 inhabitants,
situated at the foot of the massif Les Gavarres, whose
mountains have been declared a Nature Reserve . This community
lies on the road going from Girona to the Costa Brava (Sant Feliu de Guixols, S’Agarò, Platja d’Aro,
Palamòs), at 8 Km. from the town of Girona and 25 Km. from
the Costa
Brava. It is arround 15 Km. from the AP-7 Motorway (between France
and Barcelona), and very close to the Girona-Costa Brava airport.

Mas
Ginestera is a country estate with an area of 2 Hectareas,
which si fenced all the way around. There are various entrances to
the property, of which the main one works by remote control. The
estate, which consists of farmland, forest and vineyards, is
situated in an ideal location, and is itself surrounded by woodland..
Although a haven of tranquility, it is, however, close to both the
historic city of Girona and the sea, with the hustle and bustle of
the lively Costa Brava. Those who enjoy walking will be able to go
hiking along paths leading trough the unspoilt contryside,
discovering hidden chapels, springs, streams, and welcoming areas of
shade, or if you would preffer -and why not?- you could stay at the
house and relax, sunbathing on a sunlouger at the side of the pool,
with a cold drink in your hand; reading a book in the veranda;
cooking meat on the barbecue or playing a geme of table tennis.

the weather is not at its best, you will be drawn to the crackle of
the open fire, from where, through the large picture-window, you
will be able to contemplate the landscape, the mountains in the
distance, the snow-covered Pyrenees.... in silence, reading a book,
listening to soft music (radio or CD), watching the television (of
which there are 3), or if you are more of an action fan, playing an
exciting game of table football. You will have all the wood that you
need to stoke up the fire, as the estate has logs piled up in
abundance, all conveniently cut and prepared after pollarding....
