In this village you will find a restaurant and a pharmacy. There are supermarkets located in Quart (2km.) and Cassà de la Selva (4 Km.) . Walks can be enjoyed through the forest and fields, or you could go up to the San Cristofol Chapel, a beautiful place with great views across the La Selva region.

capital, Girona, is 8 km away. There you can visit the old part of the
town, the very well-conserved Jewish quarter, the Arab Baths, and the
Cathedral. Situated 17 km away from Girona is the town of Banyoles,
with its lake, flanked by forested areas of great beauty. A path takes
you around the lake (6 km), or, if you would prefer, you could take a
boat trip, or hire a rowing boat and... row!!! |

Costa Brava is 25 km away, and has various towns and secluded coves that
can be visited: Sant Feliu de Guíxols, S'Agaró, Platja D'Aro, Palamós
and Begur. Slightly further on you have Tossa de Mar, lloret and Blanes.
Further inland you can visit Pals, a very well-conserved medieval village, and you should not forget to visit Figueres and its Dalí Museum.

Along the coast road, 20 km away, you
will find Santa Cristina D'Aro, with some superb golf courses and
various stables, where you could ho riding or trekking on horseback
along the forest paths.
